1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if there is a defect or damage in the item upon delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order details, photos of the defect (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued in the form COD.
4. Exceptions
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Note: All transactions are conducted through cash on delivery. No other payment methods are accepted.
