At Hayes Crafts, we are committed to providing you with quality accessory designs, fabric crafts, and wood-carved creations. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if there is a defect or damage in the item upon delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details, photos of the defect (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued in the form COD.

4. Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
